Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions are an excellent method to earn gear weapons, gear and more. However, they can be difficult to do.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot is a special slot that lets you bring pistols in to a mission. Some players use this to aid in achieving certain goals particularly those who are going for Suit Only. Some prefer having the additional pistol to make an additional gap. It's important to remember that in order to choose the pistols for this slot you must click on the button for the appropriate category, for example, alternate slot 2 machine guns. Being able to have Major Expedition and Adept Rider active makes this much easier to do. This combo also adds an attack tick from the concealed Weapon every 10 seconds so long as it is placed in.

Smuggled Item Slot

The smuggled items slot an amazing feature that lets players bring tools and weapons into the game, but it could be improved. It's currently shaped as pistols, that makes it difficult to differentiate the smuggled item slot from other gear slots.

The smuggle slot is able to hold a large variety of objects, ranging from simple concussion devices to weapons-grade explosives. These items are secretly stored in hidden locations around the map, and can be retrieved at any time. Smuggled items differ from Agency Pickups or Hidden Stashes which conceal small objects hidden in the scenery and objects.

Mission planning is a feature available in episodic missions that lets players gain access to different starting points as well as smuggled items and gear slots prior to their entry into the map. As players progress through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these planning options increase. This lets players plan the perfect task for each challenge.

Gear Slot

The game's beginning players will notice their gear top winning slots rapidly fill up, leading to the common "Your Gear Slots are full" message, which blocks Max from selecting new equipment until the old items are cleared or more space is obtained. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the answer to this issue. They offer more inventory space for completing challenges missions. Since many of these challenges could be not completed and are scattered across the world, it may take a while to get the most inventory slots in the game.

Each player can have up to five different types of gear in their five Gear Slots. They must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to the break-in. Each gear item (except for the Pistol) is a part of one Gear Slot, while a grouping of similar items (such as a grouping of Grenades) only uses one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups throughout the map. These locations allow you to store items that don't fit in your weapon or gear best slot developers. You can get them back later.

These pickups can be very useful when your task requires you to go through a frisk, or if you have a weapon on you that could cause suspicion. You can only conceal one item per game at a location that is a pickup for the agency.

This DLC adds new contracts to security and asset protection to the agency. Contact the receptionist at the agency and stock up on snacks and armor. Then, go to the mission marker and locate a mob upon arrival.
