Besides these functions, the three accounts also share certain features and limitations. For example, if you have a verified account, you can send up to $10,000 in a single transaction, and there are generally no transaction fees for sending and receiving money between PayPal accounts. However, you'll pay a fee for something that requires a currency exchange. Unverified accounts, including those without an associated bank account or credit card, have more restrictive sending and withdraw limits. First, personal accounts give you access to the core features, but that's all. PayPal handles customer support for personal accounts primarily by e-mail or through a virtual customer support agent at the PayPal website. Premier and business accounts are similar, but business accounts must be registered with a business or group name, while a Premier account can be registered with a business, group or individual. There is bound to be tremendous uncertainty in flood exposure analysis, particularly when scaling to local levels. A potential disagreement between the flood risk exposure identified through the JBA model and flood exposures measured through other means or based on a local dataset could justify more future research. The exposure analysis did not include estimates of physical vulnerabilities consistent with actual flood damage and depth analysis. As a result, some sites of cultural significance without physical structures in Indigenous communities are excluded. Second, the study was unable to "ground-truth" exposure and vulnerability due to a lack of pre-event and post-event data. Some phishing emails instruct recipients to transfer funds to an account. These emails often purport to be from a trusted sender, such as a boss or a well-known organization. They present a situation that requires immediate attention to create a sense of urgency. Victims may be left too anxious to check the credibility of the email and end up making the transfer. A phishing attack can be used to breach enterprise networks to achieve bigger objectives, such as ransomware infection and data theft.

2011 was excluded since there are not enough GitHub events. Both tables include pseudo R2 scores indicating their models’ goodness-of-fit. The regression was performed using the logit command in Stata/IC 15.1, which reports McFadden’s pseudo R2. McFadden (1978) explains that pseudo R2 scores are generally lower than R2, and values of 0.2-0.4 "represent an excellent fit" (p. 307).
