퍼왔습니다.



For music engineers and producers.

We are the midwives of recorded music. Music is not produced or engineered but born.
It’s our job to help the musician through this process. Before reaching for a pair of forceps or scalpel
we should try silence, a gentle word, a kind hand and very infrequently a stern encouragement.
We must beware of the damage that our ever-sophisticated tools may cause the child and the mother.
We should be prepared and, above all else, treat what we do as a scared life-giving process
(even when in exchange for money).
Remember the life that music gave us. That which caused us to enter this craft in the first place.
Let this be the yoke between ourselves and “engineering/production”
